Project scope
 
The ad entry process is one of the most important user journeys on the Daft.ie website. It generates both content for the site and is the key revenue driver for the company. As a result the product team decided to research this area further.
 
Project research
 
User testing was the basis of this entire project. We testing 5 users who had each placed an ad previously on the site. Their main task was to restore an old ad from their Daft account. 
 
Google analytics tracking also helped guide us towards the more common user pain points throughout this journey.
Journey mapping
 
Following the project research the user journey was mapped out. This guided the product roadmap on areas needing improve within that specific user flow.
